Ziggi's Coffee, Social Media Manager
In this role as Social Media Manager, I built the brand’s social media strategy from the ground up while managing and creating content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Alongside producing national brand content, I support more than 100 locally owned franchise pages with templates, campaign assets, and social media guidance.
The Social Media Ecosystem I Manage:




Primary platform for brand storytelling and visual campaigns. Content focuses on short-form video, product marketing, and engaging visuals designed to maintain brand loyalty while reaching new audiences.
Community engagement hub supporting both national brand content and locally owned franchise pages, helping stores connect with their neighborhoods through announcements, promotions, and community storytelling.
Discovery-driven platform used to reach and engage a younger Gen-z audience through trend-aware short-form video and platform-native storytelling.
Professional storytelling that supports franchise development by highlighting brand momentum and ownership opportunities.
